Visitors

We count page views, menu views and link clicks as daily totals. We do not use cookies, we do not store IP addresses with these counts, and we do not identify or follow individual visitors. No analytics or advertising services from third parties are used, and fonts are served from this site.

Like all web servers, our hosting systems keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for operation and security. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for at most 30 days.

Staff accounts

Employees who edit the site have an account with name, user name and e-mail address, and the site records who changed what. For secure login we store the public part of each passkey and a name for the device, and the seed of the authenticator app in encrypted form. Fingerprints and face data never leave the person's own device. Failed login attempts are recorded temporarily to block password guessing. Cookies in the admin panel are strictly necessary (session and security) and need no consent.

Who receives data

The site is run with a hosting provider and a cloud storage and delivery provider (images, video and menus). They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of data about you, and object to processing. If you are in a photo or video on this site and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
